What’s New? DocLink 3.1.1 Expansion Pack Boosts Mobile Capture!
As if DocLink 3.1 wasn’t already exciting enough, we’re happy to have worked closely with our customers to pinpoint their needs and wants for DocLink Mobile after its first run because we can now announce our expansion pack (3.1.1)! This particular boost focused on mobile capture and features two new functions – the ability to index documents into DocLink from a mobile device AND the ability to link documents to individual detail lines of a Smart Form. Imagine what you could do with expense reports, project status reports and credit card statements!
New Capture Options
- Snap shots on your phone or tablet and upload them into DocLink
- Select files from your phone or tablet and index them into DocLinkk
New Smart Form Options for Mobile
(DocLink Mobile has always allowed for document associations through attaching them to Smart Forms)
- Link mobile-captured documents to individual detail lines such as a receipt with an individual charge instead of an entire credit card statement
- Use property values from mobile attachments to generate detail lines on Smart Forms
