IAMCP Member Altec Attends Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) to Showcase Partner-to- Partner (P2P) Maturity Model

Altec will present during WPC’s Partner-to-Partner series to discuss how the P2P Journey Experience has set the organization for success within the Microsoft partner channel.

Laguna Hills, CA — July 7, 2016 — Altec Products, Inc., a leader in enterprise document management and workflow solutions, announced today their participation in Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference to be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from July 10th through 14th in Toronto, Canada. Uniting more than 15,000 attendees from multiple countries, the Worldwide Partner Conference is designed to increase partner profitability and accelerate business growth. Indispensable learning opportunities covering sales, marketing, services and technology will be available to all partners looking to garner knowledge from peers and top Microsoft leaders.

Altec will attend WPC to strengthen business leadership skills to benefit its ISV and reseller partners. A member of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP), Altec is focused on strongly supporting its partner channel. Altec is a Microsoft Gold Partner for Application Development and offers integrated document management and workflow solution DocLink. Certified for Microsoft Dynamics, DocLink seamlessly integrates with Dynamics AX, GP, NAV and SL and offers users a secure, single repository to store, search for, retrieve and send documents.

In March 2016, Altec Director of Marketing April Blankenship and Channel Program Manager Gabriela Morales participated in the inaugural Partner-to-Partner Journey Experience, which guides Microsoft partners through the P2P Maturity Model. The model provides a framework for evaluating readiness across ten functional business areas critical to success in partner channels. This year, the Worldwide Partner Conference will offer a special interest track titled “Partner-to-Partner” which will provide tools to build new partnerships including the P2P Maturity Model, P2P playbook and assessment resources.

The Partner-to-Partner series features a panel of experts as well as case studies from partners like Altec that have been on the P2P journey. Blankenship and Morales will share their experience during sessions “PTP02 – Partner-to- Partner (P2P) Maturity Model Overview” on Tuesday, July 12th and “PTP02-R – Partner-to-Partner (P2P) Maturity Model Overview (Repeat)” on Wednesday, July 13th.

Blankenship comments, “WPC provides us with an instrumental opportunity to build upon our strengths and better support Microsoft partners working with Altec. We also look forward to sharing our P2P Journey Experience with all partners considering it themselves!”
