Altec Kicks Off 2020 Training Series for Customers to Maximize DocLink’s Document Management Capabilities
Four-day intensive provides customers with significant, hands-on training to help them run their business, processes better
Laguna Hills, CA – February 13, 2020 – Altec, a leader in enterprise document management and process automation solutions, will host its first 2020 DocLink Advanced Administrator Training (AAT) February 17-20 at DocLink customer McKenney’s headquarters in Atlanta.
AAT provides Altec customers with a deep-dive on how to utilize DocLink beyond basic functionality to help them run their business and processes more effectively. This hands-on training allows DocLink users to expand their knowledge of the solution beyond day-to-day functions by learning about Smart Form Toolkit, Security, Event & Data Manager, troubleshooting, and more. With limited class size, direct interaction with Altec’s technical team, and networking opportunities, customers can see and hear how their peers are using DocLink. AAT attendees leave the training with a deep, comprehensive understanding that will help them automate processes throughout their organizations.
Lori Corbino, Customer Success Manager for Altec states, “AAT offers an excellent venue for DocLink clients to receive comprehensive training beyond initial implementation. We’ve found that when customers see what DocLink can do for one department or task, that they are eager to deploy the solution in other departments. And these multi-day trainings provide a cost-effective way for customers to absorb as much as they can about DocLink in a close-knit setting. DocLink is a powerful tool that allows companies to deliver exceptional value across many business areas.”
Altec’s remaining 2020 AAT schedule is as follows:
