How BI360 Focus Was a Success for All
Last month, Altec spent an exciting few days at the Hilton La Jolla Torey Pines in California for Solver’s annual conference, BI360 Focus. Dynamic keynote speakers, in-depth training sessions for BI360 users, meals with a gorgeous ocean view, and enjoyable networking opportunities with users, staff, and partners made the event a pleasure for all to attend.
Altec enjoyed sharing with attendees of all sorts how the BI360 and DocLink integration can enhance visibility within reports. The integration enables users to easily drill down from their reports to purchase detail lines to open the DocLink document that corresponds with each line item. It was always fun for us to highlight the integration because attendees unanimously marveled at how useful it is!
As a sponsor, we presented a session on our document management and workflow solution and the BI360 integration. With DocLink, users can scan/route documents, customize forms, automate workflows, and access files from any device. After watching the session, one DocLink user even came to us to discuss expanding use of DocLink to other departments in her organization. We were thrilled to reconnect with our own customer and discuss how the scalability of DocLink allows for easy expansion. We’re also grateful for the many opportunities we had to speak with the Solver team as well as their reseller partners – both new faces and familiar.
