Customers Expand DocLink Knowledge at 2017 Advanced Administrator Training

We just wrapped this year’s second session in our quarterly series of DocLink Advanced Administrative Training! Altec’s DocLink AAT program helps users increase their product knowledge, go beyond day-to-day functions and learn how to use DocLink to its fullest. From Colorado to Florida and southern states in between, Altec customers flew in to attend our popular 4-day intensive technical training. We were lucky enough to have our customer, McKenney’s, host us for the week at their location near Atlanta, GA.

Our very own Cathy Champlin, Support Services Manager and John Claiborne, Sr. Implementation Consultant, led the 8-hour training sessions each day.

“It’s always great to connect one-on-one with our customers in a technical setting,” said John. “I look forward to making sure they have the understanding they need to be successful with DocLink.”

The interactive instruction began Monday with the fundamentals of DocLink, system settings plus auditing and security. Tuesday focused on our popular Smart Form Toolkit, workflow automation and event manager configuration. The final two days were dedicated to exploring configurations for automation, ERM capture, Output Manager, Import Manager, Web Client and overall troubleshooting and maintenance. Customers applied their newly sharpened DocLink skills immediately with hands-on exercises and extensive run-throughs.

Improved knowledge, peer support and a greater connection with the Altec team were just a few of the things our customers walked away with.

We’re looking forward to welcoming more customers to our next session on September 18-21. Our final session of DocLink Advanced Administrative Training will be held November 6-9. Both will be held at Brandman University in Irvine, CA.
