Director of Marketing


Working under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, the Web/Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the growth of the company through successful implementation of marketing tasks, including administration of the Altec websites, graphic design and content creation, management of Customer portal, and management of the ClickDimensions marketing automation solution.


• Curate stock image library quarterly to match company branding
• Create, design, and maintain graphics design layout and for the following but not limited to:
Website, Customer Portal, PowerPoints, Branded Items, Tradeshow graphics

Branding & Templates
• Design and create Altec branded templates in InDesign, PPT, Word, or Excel for various uses:
o Email Templates
o Collateral & Datasheets
o Webinars & Presentations
o Whitepapers

• Webinars & WebEx recordings
o Transfer and download WebEx recordings and webinars to S:Drive
o Edit and modify recordings as needed
o Manage and review analytics for video hosting platforms – Edit, modify, and upload videos in Oculu for data tracking
o Edit, modify, and upload videos on YouTube channel for social sharing
o Conduct data analysis on views and CTA clickthroughs from Oculu-hosted videos
• Creation, execution, and management of various videos for sales and marketing use.
o Recap of events
o 3-5 minute product videos recorded by Sales Engineers. Only editing required
o 30 -60 second marketing videos for tradeshows

Social Media
• Manage and maintain all social media content
o Twitter
Monitor activity & gather monthly analytics, Post minimum of 1 posts per day
o LinkedIn
Monitor activity, Gather monthly analytics

Website Administration
CMS Management, Multiple
o Assist in posting information to internal websites in WordPress and WiX
News (Press Releases), Events, Case Studies, Job Opportunities, Campaigns
o Develop, review, and update content on Altec webpages on a quarterly basis
o Design annual conference website, platform dependent on event management solution
SEO – Search Engine Optimization
o Set up SEO for Altec website and related sites
o Manage and update SEO monthly
o Deliver and maintain reports and analytics on SEO effectiveness, Web Analytics
o Manage Google Analytics and review for web strategy
o Report on monthly tracking on site visits, page visits, length of visit, pages most visited, etc.

Customer & Partner Portal Administration
Customer Portal Administration
o Manage and gather documents and content for Customer Portal ongoing updates
o Conversion of support documents, videos or other support materials into proper formats suitable for publishing on the Customer Portal
o Manage Customer Portal request process

Marketing Automation Software Administration
o Create email marketing templates, as needed
o Create event landing pages and forms, as needed
o Manage quarterly system updates of ClickDimensions product with Altec IT
o Monitor integrations and lead tracking associated with hosted events/webinars
o Create survey templates, as needed
o Work with ClickDimensions Support for any product errors and bugs

• Proofread all marketing communications and collateral
• Other marketing administrative duties as required


Must be able to lift and carry 20 lb., kneel, grasp, pull, sit, stand, bend and occasionally use a stepladder.


• Strong skills in Graphic Design
• CMS and CRM Knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Strong skills in PowerPoint recommended)
• Proficient in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
• Self-motivated and works well with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of WordPress, Mail Chimp, and Microsoft CRM
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Social media experience, particularly B2B interaction
• Strong SEO/web analytics experience preferred
