Altec Hosts Customer Lunch n’ Learn in Laguna Hills, CA


Last week, we were thrilled to host a DocLink User Lunch & Learn at our headquarters in Laguna Hills, CA. Customers were invited to a lunch presentation on how to expand their DocLink system which concluded with scheduled one-on-one troubleshooting sessions with Altec staff members as a part of DocLink Interact. Customers were excited for this lunch event – several folks showed up early and stayed until the end seeking the latest and greatest in DocLink news. The lunch and learn program is just one way that Altec provides support and education to its customers – Altec is committed to investing in its users whether it be with its webinars, events or annual conference Evolution.

John Claiborne, Senior Consultant, presented “Unlocking Your DocLink’s System Potential,” a refresher on users’ systems with additional information on different DocLink modules they could gain efficiencies from such as Import Manager, Mobile, Smart Form Toolkit, Data Manager and Output Manager. With each module, he identified their multi-faceted benefits to an organization and day-to-day business processes. The presentation wrapped up with in-depth Tips & Tricks through a live demo to showcase ideas that could be immediate takeaways for attendees. The final hour of DocLink Interact sessions continued our initiative begun at Evolution, our annual customer conference, of providing one-on-one time between end users and knowledgeable, technical staff.  Attendees were able to secure 20-minute appointments with our consultants to get technical questions answered and focused support.

Our Lunch & Learn had 13 users in attendance! We’re looking forward to how many more of you will be joining us as we take this on the road nationwide.
