Altec Announces DocLink 3.4 Delivering Greater Usability with Significant New Web, Mobile and DocuSign Capabilities

DocLink 3.4 boasts a rich web solution that provides the flexibility that can empower employees to successfully perform their jobs anywhere, on any device.  For instance, companies can save additional time and expense by utilizing DocLink’s Smart Form Toolkit platform.  This enables them to create configurable forms that automate any business process via a strong workflow engine, ensuring employees have access to the right information at the right time.  Additionally, business documents and data are accessible from any device (ie a laptop, tablet or phone), making it easy to automate any process in any department, including expense reports, credit card statements, or employee onboarding.  Accessing and managing data for mobile employees is also much easier with DocLink 3.4.  Capabilities such as property lookups makes it even easier to upload documents like receipts and customer agreements.

DocLink 3.4 also offers a new integration with DocuSign, simplifying the delivery, capture and execution of digitally signed documents.  Additional features include sophisticated version control, the ability to capture and index PDFs, and permanent redaction capabilities have been added.
