Doc-link Output Manager™ controls the output management functions from any application by data mining its print stream, then routes documents to recipients in the format and method of their choice. Doc-link Output Manager™ captures and stores print files, and distributes the reports based on the recipients selected formats.
Configuration
The user configures the document type and routing lists which also establishes the document output method, format, and delivery schedule.

Electronic Report Management (ERM) allows users to seamlessly couple business applications with accounting, manufacturing, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
ERM automatically captures the print stream output and stores the information, which triggers Output Manager™ and automatically distributes documents to selected recipients.

Users select from standard or custom templates that provide a graphical representation of the document. Selecting email as the output method creates an optional text message.
Faxes automatically include a cover sheet. The same document can be faxed, emailed, routed to a printer and stored electronically.
Failed distribution records are created if the output method fails.
