PARTNERassist allows you maximum flexibility in determining the role you would like to take. On the initial sale or two, we recommend allowing us to take a leadership position as your sales engineer while you coordinate and facilitate the sales process. Altec has a Partner Referral Program paying on a sliding scale up to 40% of software net revenue depending upon the role you wish to take. Studies have shown that with strong partner backing, the average time to close is 4 months or less. On the initial sale, Altec trains you to take a greater role in each successive sale with our ultimate goal to have you certified to sell the solution on your paper with maximum margin return to you.  Consulting engagement opportunities exist for those resellers who expand their practice to included business process review projects and follow up engagements to further integrate doc-link throughout the enterprise. Differentiate yourself from the competition, enter a new growth market and maximize your value to your current customers - all possible through our PARTNERassist Program.

Lead Generation Programs

Altec participates in all major tradeshow events sponsored by the software manufacturer you represent. The Altec booth, breakout sessions and Altec social events are well attended and as a premium sponsor, the leads driven from the show are qualified and you are immediately apprised of interest from any of your clients.  From there, we coordinate with you the sales process beginning with a discovery call, web demo (or in person), needs analysis, proposal and close. The close rate of demo to sale is approximately 50% attesting to the compelling ROI. Altec also generates leads from participation in marketing programs where we reach over 8,000 accounting professionals per year through educational seminars where doc-link is featured as a ‘best in class’ solution.  Additionally, we have heavy lead traffic though web marketing through co-marketing programs with the software manufacturer you represent.

Other lead generation programs available at no charge include:

  • Web-based seminar to your end users on Integrated Document Management (approximately 1 hour PowerPoint and software demonstration.)
  • Direct Mail/Email campaign to your customer and prospect base handled internally by Altec, your facility or by a third-party mail house.
  • Telemarketing campaign to your customer and prospect base, performed on your behalf by Altec Pre-sales under NDA - your customer list treated confidentially.
  • End User annual event sponsorship - Altec will participate in your annual end user event with breakout session and exhibit as well as act as an event sponsor.

Marketing Tools

At your disposal are a myriad of tools to move you easily through the sales call process.  Surveys and data collection tools are available as well as an ROI calculator, case studies, white papers, marketing collateral and demo CDs.  Proposals and PowerPoint presentations are available for each unique ERP and can be customized with your identifying information. A reference site list and other marketing tools are available. As your expertise progresses, our certification program provides complete demo tools and scripts.

Web Content Programs

Altec has a logo/hotlink placement for your site; that in exchange for basic name and address information provides a downloadable white paper geared to CFOs and CEOs on the benefits of Integrated Document Management. This lead generation tool is provided at no charge and all leads are provided back to sponsoring partners.  Additionally, to complement your own web content management strategy, Altec can supply quarterly content on articles of interest surrounding document management, case studies, white papers and other informative material designed to refresh your site and position you as a resource expert in document management technologies.
