With 10 remote invoice approvers utilizing doc-link's workflow and approval module, the time and money consumed by processing invoices has been reduced significantly. Further productivity gains are achieved with the utilization of doc-link's Side-by-Side Accounts Payable module. Vendor invoices can now be viewed along side the voucher entry screen of their accounting system. Once data is entered, it is simultaneously updated in the accounting system and indexed to the electronic document in the image repository for robust search and retrieval. Now that paper transactions can be moved, matched and stored electronically, NETA is anticipating a return on investment in less than 9 months.
