Epicor® Finland and Altec to Provide Integrated Document
Management Solution in Finland

FINLAND, April 30, 2007 - Epicor Software Finland Oy will now offer Altec’s IDM solution doc-link™ with its enterprise solutions to customers in Finland.  Altec is leading provider of accounting-centric Integrated Document Management (IDM) solutions.

Epicor customers running doc-link will be able to extend their return on investment by automating their labor-intensive paper processes through the capture, workflow and automated delivery of documents.  Historically, users experience an up to 40 percent increase in productivity by selecting doc-link over traditional paper-based processes and realize a return on investment in nine months or less.

Utilizing Microsoft .NET architecture, doc-link captures, stores and provides for instant retrieval of documents.  For additional cost savings and cycle time reduction, doc-link also comes with an output management tool that allows users to automate the scheduling of reports and business documents (i.e. purchase orders and invoices) and specify delivery options including fax, e-mail and traditional print and mail.
