SOFTWARE FOR MID-MARKET COMPANIES

With doc-link Output Manager, companies can now electronically archive and distribute
invoices, reports and other business documents to employees, vendors
and customers based on their unique requirements.

Document Management solutions, today announced the release of Output Manager™, a new modular and

scalable output management software solution that transforms and distributes a variety of documents, forms

and reports to employees, vendors and customers based on their individual and unique requirements.

Output Manager’s powerful capabilities accomplish this by controlling the output management functions

from any application by data mining its print stream and then routing and distributing to recipients in the

multiple methods and formats of their choosing. Output Manager captures and stores print files, and then

distributes the appropriate reports based on the needs of the recipient. Output Manager can be used as a
