Altec Joins Sage Summit 2016 as Gold Sponsor to Showcase Sage Endorsed Document Management

Altec will exhibit during Sage’s annual customer conference to demonstrate how DocLink features and functionality enable Sage users to fully optimize their ERP solution with integrated document management.

Laguna Hills, CA – July 19, 2016 – Altec Products, Inc., a leader in enterprise document management and workflow solutions, announced today their Gold Sponsorship of Sage Summit 2016, held July 25th through 28th at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Sage Summit is a unique learning, training and networking event that connects Sage users, partners, experts and industry leaders interested in the latest enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, trends, capabilities and integrations. Sage Summit will feature keynote presentations by renowned speakers as well as more than 300 informative breakout sessions designed to provide the tools for attendees’ businesses to thrive.

Altec joins Sage Summit as the Sage Endorsed document management solution provider. Altec’s document management solution DocLink allows users to fully utilize and enhance their Sage ERP solutions by providing improved visibility and control to the entire document lifecycle. DocLink offers a secure, single repository to store, search for, retrieve and send all documents, effectively eliminating the need to file paper documents. Organizations interested in taking the first step toward fixing outdated business practices can learn about document management from Altec at Booth #526 and during Altec’s theater session titled “DocLink – The Solution You Need!” on Wednesday, July 27th. The presentation will cover how DocLink creatively expedites business processes; scans/routes documents; creates alerts; customizes forms; automates workflows and allows files to be accessed from any device.

Altec’s team of Sales Directors, Sales Engineers and resources from the Development, Professional Services and Marketing departments will be available at the booth to answer questions and offer live product demonstrations. Product Manager Merri Jo Cleair will be present to share how DocLink Mobile’s latest enhancements enable photos and files to be captured and indexed into DocLink from a mobile device as well as how expanded features for DocLink’s Smart Form Toolkit allow users to link documents to individual detail lines on another document. Cleair comments, “We are committed to providing our customers with additional options that strengthen their current DocLink user experience. DocLink Mobile now offers this enriched functionality to make the capture and use of information easy.”
