It’s All About Our Customers! Altec Hosted the Last DocLink Advanced Administrator Training for 2017


We kicked off November with DocLink Advanced Administrator Training (AAT) at Brandman University in Irvine, CA last week. DocLink AAT is a four-day training session which includes lecture, real-life examples, and hands-on labs led by Cathy Champlin, Customer Support Manager and John Claiborne, Senior Consultant.

The four days were all about our customers that attended. These DocLink power users received intense training on all DocLink modules such as Smart Form Toolkit, Workflow, Event Manager, Barcode, Web Client, etc.

Lori Corbino, Customer Care Manager sat in on the first two days of training and got a nice refresher on DocLink, as well as quality time to mix and mingle with DocLink customers. “It’s always great to hear what our customers are going through, what they love about DocLink and what they want from our system,” said Lori.

On Monday evening, everyone was invited to Altec’s corporate headquarters for a “Pizza and Drinks Happy Hour” with the Altec Professional Services Team, Execs and Sales Team. For many of the customers, it was an opportunity to catch up with their Implementation Consultant or Sales Director.

Don Howren, President and COO participated in happy hour and had lunch with the trainees, proving that Altec is all about our customers!
